Shipping Cost

Shipping startsat $40, but some countries will exceed $40. For example (South Africa, Brazil,India, Pakistan, Israel, etc.)

The basic freight (for package ≤0.5kg orcorresponding volume) depends on the time zone and country.

It does not includeany taxes, insurance, handling, duty (including but not limited to tariffs) or other similarcharges, payment of which will be solely your responsibility. The actual freight variesaccording to specific situations.

Shipping Method

Utmel ships component orders from China to most countries in the world. We currently providethe deliveryby FEDEX/ DHL/ TNT in that order.

Note:At present, only FEDEX logistics channelis available in the following European countries (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain). TheDHL is only available if the weight exceeds 5KG.

UPS/FedEx International/TNT/DHL Express Account:

DHL eCommerce VS DHL Express:

They both belong to DHL, but are in different business directions.

The big difference lies in the transport rate:

DHL eCommerce——slower, like the airmail. When the parcel arrives at the destination country,the destination post office will be responsible for the transportation.

DHLExpress——faster.

Delivery Time

Regarding in stock parts, orders can generally be ready to ship within 4 hours.

Utmel ships orders once a day at about 5 pm. except Sunday.

Once the goods are shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the shipping methods youchose:

FedEx International, 5-7 business days.

DHL Express, 5-7 business days.
